National Parks, Biological Reserves, and Natural Santuary - Chile
Across the rock flour water of Rio Paine, sourced by Cubo and Dickson Glaciers (part of the Southern Patagonia Ice Field), and the U2 and Perros Glaciers, via the Lago Dickson - to the early summer season's white florescence scattered among the living and dead southern beech trees - and beyond to the glacial ice cap upon Mt. Almirante Nieto, and slight glimpse of the summit (v-shaped snow coating) and lower slope (2 larger snow matches) of Cuerno Principal (distal, l) - with the Torres of Paine (distal, r), revealing just the summit of Torre Sur, Torre Central adjacent to the twin peaks of Torre Norte - and the adjacent Cerro Nido Condor, displaying its lower slope that is capped with hornfels metamorphic rock, as opposed to its igneous granite summit - and the lower slope of Cerro Paine (horizon, r).
